1) Overview
These Terms govern your use of our online store and purchases of our products. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2) Products (Food Only) & No Medical Claims
We sell food products for personal use. We make no medical, health, or therapeutic claims.
3) Prices, Taxes & Duties (DAP)
Prices are shown at checkout. International orders ship under Incoterms DAP: import duties, taxes and clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in item price or shipping cost.
4) Payment Methods
We accept the payment methods available at checkout (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal, and enabled local methods). Payments may be subject to verification and fraud screening.
5) Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Your order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline at our discretion (e.g., stock, pricing errors, compliance).
Orders can be cancelled before shipment only. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled (see our Refund & Returns Policy).
6) Shipping & Delivery
Processing time and carrier options are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary due to customs and carrier delays.
7) Refunds & Returns
Food products are non-returnable once shipped or opened. We only handle damaged / defective / wrong item cases as described in our Refund & Returns Policy.
8) Customer Obligations
Provide accurate shipping information and ensure you can receive parcels. Unclaimed, refused, or returned parcels due to unpaid duties/taxes or address errors are not refundable, and round-trip shipping/fees may apply.
9) Age & Use Restrictions
This store is intended for purchasers who have reached the age of majority. No resale or commercial redistribution without our prior consent.
10) Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks and materials on the store are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order at issue.
12) Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, carrier or customs disruptions).
13) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise.
