2) ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ
เราอาจเก็บข้อมูลดังต่อไปนี้เพื่อให้บริการร้านค้าออนไลน์:

• ข้อมูลคำสั่งซื้อ: ชื่อ อีเมล โทรศัพท์ ที่อยู่สำหรับออกใบเสร็จ/จัดส่ง รายการและจำนวนสินค้า หมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อ หมายเลขอ้างอิงการชำระเงิน (ไม่เก็บหมายเลขบัตรเต็มชุด)

• ข้อมูลการขนส่ง: เลขติดตาม ผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง สถานะการจัดส่ง

• การสื่อสารกับลูกค้า: เนื้อหาการติดต่อ รูปภาพประกอบการร้องเรียน (เช่น ความเสียหาย)

• ข้อมูลอุปกรณ์/การใช้งาน: ที่อยู่ IP ตัวบ่งชี้อุปกรณ์ คุกกี้/ตัววิเคราะห์ (ถ้ามีการใช้งาน)

3) วัตถุประสงค์การใช้ข้อมูล
เราใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อ:

• ประมวลผลคำสั่งซื้อและการชำระเงิน ออกเอกสารที่จำเป็น

• จัดส่งและติดตามพัสดุ ประสานงานกับผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง/ศุลกากร

• บริการลูกค้า การคืนเงิน/เปลี่ยนสินค้า ตามนโยบายของเรา

• ป้องกันการทุจริตและรักษาความปลอดภัยระบบ

• ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย (ภาษี บัญชี บันทึกธุรกรรม)

4) พื้นฐานทางกฎหมายในการประมวลผล
เราประมวลผลข้อมูลบนพื้นฐาน: การปฏิบัติตามสัญญา (การขายและส่งมอบสินค้า), ผลประโยชน์อันชอบด้วยกฎหมาย (ความปลอดภัย/การฉ้อโกง/การดำเนินธุรกิจที่มีประสิทธิภาพ), และ การปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

5) การแบ่งปันข้อมูลกับบุคคลภายนอก
เรา ไม่ขาย ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ เราอาจแบ่งปันข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็นกับ:

• ผู้ให้บริการชำระเงิน (เช่น PayPal และผู้ให้บริการ PromptPay ในอนาคต) สำหรับการประมวลผลการชำระเงิน

• แพลตฟอร์ม Shopify สำหรับการดำเนินการร้านค้าออนไลน์

• ผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง/พิธีการศุลกากร (เช่น DHL, FedEx, Thailand Post) เพื่อการจัดส่งและการเคลียร์ภาษี

• ผู้ให้บริการด้าน IT/คลังข้อมูล/การวิเคราะห์ ที่ช่วยให้เราดำเนินธุรกิจได้อย่างปลอดภัยและมีประสิทธิภาพ
  ผู้ให้บริการเหล่านี้จะเข้าถึงข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการเท่านั้น

6) การโอนข้อมูลระหว่างประเทศ
ข้อมูลของคุณอาจถูกโอน จัดเก็บ และประมวลผลใน ประเทศญี่ปุ่น และ/หรือประเทศที่ผู้ให้บริการของเราตั้งอยู่ เราอาศัยพื้นฐานทางกฎหมายที่กล่าวมาและใช้มาตรการปกป้องที่เหมาะสมตามกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

7) ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษา

• บันทึกคำสั่งซื้อ/เอกสารบัญชี: เก็บตามที่กฎหมายของญี่ปุ่นกำหนด (โดยทั่วไปไม่เกิน 7 ปี)

• ข้อมูลบริการลูกค้า: เก็บไม่เกิน 2 ปี

• ข้อมูลการตลาด (ถ้ามีความยินยอม): เก็บจนกว่าจะ ถอนความยินยอม
  เมื่อพ้นกำหนด เราจะลบหรือทำให้ไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้อย่างปลอดภัย

8) สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูล
คุณสามารถร้องขอ เข้าถึง/แก้ไข/ลบ ข้อมูลของคุณได้ตามที่กฎหมายอนุญาต โปรดยื่นคำขอได้ที่ care@overtuuli.co.jp เราอาจขอหลักฐานเพื่อยืนยันตัวตนก่อนดำเนินการ

9) คุกกี้และการวิเคราะห์ (ถ้ามีการใช้งาน)
เราอาจใช้คุกกี้และ/หรือเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ (เช่น Google Analytics) เพื่อปรับปรุงประสบการณ์ใช้งาน คุณสามารถจัดการคุกกี้ได้ผ่านการตั้งค่าเบราว์เซอร์ของคุณ

10) ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล

11) ผู้เยาว์
ร้านค้านี้มุ่งสำหรับผู้ซื้อที่บรรลุนิติภาวะ เรา ไม่ตั้งใจรวบรวม ข้อมูลจากผู้ที่มีอายุต่ำกว่า 16 ปี หากเป็นผู้ปกครองและเชื่อว่าบุตรหลานได้ให้ข้อมูลกับเรา โปรดติดต่อเรา

• Order data: name, email, phone, billing/shipping address, items/quantities, order number, payment reference (we do not store full card numbers).

• Shipping data: tracking number, carrier, delivery status.

• Customer support: messages and photos you send (e.g., damage claims).

• Device/usage data: IP address, device identifiers, cookies/analytics (if used).

3) Purposes of Processing
To:

• process orders and payments, issue necessary documents;

• arrange shipping, tracking and customs clearance with carriers;

• provide customer support, refunds/replacements per our policies;

• prevent fraud and secure our services;

• comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, transaction records).

4) Legal Bases
We process data based on contract performance, legitimate interests (security, anti-fraud, efficient operations), and legal compliance.

5) Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell personal data. We may share data only as needed with:

  Such providers access data only to perform their services for us.

Your data may be transferred to and processed in Japan and/or other countries where our providers operate. We rely on the legal bases above and apply appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.

7) Retention

• Order/accounting records: kept as required under Japanese law (generally up to 7 years).

• Customer support records: up to 2 years.

• Marketing communications (if consented): until consent is withdrawn.
  After the period, we delete or de-identify data securely.

8) Your Rights
You may access, correct, or delete your personal data where applicable. Submit requests to care@overtuuli.co.jp. We may ask for verification before acting on your request.

9) Cookies & Analytics (if used)
We may use cookies and/or analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to improve our services. You can manage cookies via your browser settings.

10) Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

11) Children
Our store targets purchasers of legal age. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 16. Parents who believe a child has provided data should contact us.
